The Susu Account is designed for market women, traders, and transport drivers. You deposit a fixed or variable amount daily or weekly with our agents, and the accumulated savings are available to you after the agreed period — a great way to build discipline in saving.

Can I operate my account from any branch?

Yes! All our branches are fully networked. You can walk into any of our 8 branches and transact seamlessly, regardless of which branch you originally opened your account at.

How do I get an ATM card?

Visit any of our branches and request an ATM card linked to your active account. Our team will process the issuance — cards are typically ready within a few business days. ATMs are available 24/7 for withdrawals and balance checks.

How can I send or receive money internationally?

We offer MoneyGram and Western Union services at our branches. These allow you to send and receive money internationally without needing a bank account. Simply visit any branch with a valid ID to access these services.

Do you support Mobile Money (MoMo) transactions?

Yes! We support Mobile Money (MoMo) transfers, E-Zwich, and GhIPSS (GIP) payments. You can link and transact with mobile wallets through our branches, making it easy to move money between your bank account and mobile wallet.

What is E-Zwich and how does it work at your bank?

E-Zwich is Ghana's national smart card payment system run by GhIPSS. We support E-Zwich transactions at our branches — you can deposit to or withdraw from your E-Zwich card, giving you access to a wide national payment network.

What are your banking hours?

All branches operate Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. ATM services are available 24/7. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

How do I report a lost or stolen ATM card?

Contact us immediately by calling 03220 202134 or visiting the nearest branch. Our team will block your card and assist you in getting a replacement as quickly as possible to secure your account.
